As Chief Executive Officer of MicroVentures, Tim Sullivan is accountable for the strategic direction and functional execution of business objectives. Formerly, as President of Sharespost Financial Corporation, Tim built the team and trading infrastructure which was responsible for Sharepost's preeminent position in today's secondary market. Tim transacted with over 30 private issuers, representing over $1B in transactions, resulting in over $30mm in revenue to Sharespost.
Previously, Tim has held leadership roles at Susquehanna Financial Group, Oracle, and IBM. Throughout Tim's career, he has managed more than $3B worth of private equity transactions and enjoys a consistent track record of surpassing expectations.
Tim has a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Colgate University and while at Colgate, he founded, coached, and played on their water polo team. He currently sits on the board of the Montessori Children's House and he holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, 79, and 99 licenses.

With more than a decade of top level management experience in the credit risk management and financial services industry, Bill brings to the company key strategic focus and critical evaluation skills essential to both the investor and startup business components of MicroVentures.
As Risk Manager at an online payment processing company, Bill's responsibilities included managing risk on the merchant side of the business. His comprehensive approach to the company stems from key experience previously helping manage a billion dollar portfolio of small business accounts as Credit Risk Manager in the Small Business Risk Management Division of a captive financial institution. He holds a BS in finance from Michigan State University as well as Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. In his spare time Bill likes to explore Austin, TX with his wife Jessica and 2 young daughters and whenever possible enjoys playing a pickup game of basketball with friends.Bill is based in our Austin office.

Jaclyn is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with broad experience in high-growth, diverse industries, including financial services, consumer brands and high technology. She joins MicroVentures Marketplace, Inc. from SharesPost, where she facilitated private stock transfers at one of the top 2 market leaders in the secondary market. During her time at SharesPost, Jaclyn was part of a small team of brokers that did over a billion in private share transactions. Prior to SharesPost, Jaclyn worked at the investment bank Merriman Capital, where she was a driving force in bringing in new client business, sales force management and new product development. Earlier in her career, Jaclyn served as the Western District Sales Manager for Bear Naked Granola Company, where she enjoyed considerable success in cultivating the competitive San Francisco market, overseeing a major product launch and introducing new product lines. Jaclyn holds a BA from Dartmouth College as well as Series 7 and 63 licenses. In her free time she is the President of the Dartmouth Class of 2004 and an avid marathon runner.

Garrett is an experienced financial strategist with a strong track record in providing high quality financial advisory services to clients. Garrett joins MicroVentures from SharesPost, where as Vice President he oversaw over 250 private stock transactions totaling ~$100MM in value. Prior to SharesPost Garrett worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was a top-ranked financial advisor associate whose success was attributed to his reputation and extensive network within late-stage growth companies in Silicon Valley. Earlier in this career, he worked as a process engineer for TaylorMade-adidas Golf, a researcher at Stanford University and as an analyst with Toyon Research Corporation.
Garrett earned a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Santa Barbara. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Andrew Dude brings an accomplished background in financial services and SaaS sales. Andrew joins MicroVentures from Marketo, where he consulted with enterprise clients to customize marketing automation tools. Prior to Marketo, Andrew spent 5 years working at UBS International and Morgan Stanley with the Venture Capital and Private Equities Services group. During his tenure, he earned the Service Excellence Award in 2011 and helped the team coordinate billions of dollars in restricted stock transactions.
Andrew holds a BA from Westmont College in Economics and Business, as well as the Series 7 and 66 licenses. He was a four year national collegiate athlete on the Westmont College Baseball Team and served as team captain his senior year.
Andrew has been to 33 countries and in 2012 completed a nine month trip across Asia and Europe, visiting 27 countries, 48 UNESCO World Heritage Sites and 7 Wonders of the World.

Ernesto joins MicroVentures from Ecosystem Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm. Ernesto was the firm's Investment Manager where he successfully doubled the size of the firm's portfolio. Ernesto's investments have led to multiple successful early stage exits for Ecosystem Ventures. Ernesto has led early stage investments across the U.S. and multiple foreign countries. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs on refining and executing their marketing strategies.
Ernesto also has hands on experience in holding multiple roles in various startups across industries such as cloud security, e-publishing and consumer goods.
Ernesto holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, is a published author and played collegiate baseball.

Tyler joins MicroVentures from Charles Schwab, where he was a Senior Supervising Trade Specialist. Prior to Schwab, Tyler was an options trader in Chicago and Austin, TX, where he managed a multi-million dollar account and wrote multiple algorithms set to capture profit from different market inefficiencies.
He holds a BA in Economics from Michigan State University as well as the Series 7, 9/10, 24, 63 and 99 licenses. Currently, Tyler is pursuing a MBA with a concentration in both Accounting and Finance at St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.
When Tyler isn't working or studying he enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors with his two Goldendoodles, Wrigley and Chloe, and going wine and beer tasting in the Texas Hill Country.Tyler is based in our Austin office.

Wes brings deep experience of working with entrepreneurs and startups in the tech industry. While in school, he assisted in launching several companies while also Cofounding a non-profit crowdfunding platform to help service workers raise financial support.
In the past, Wes built financial models for Fortune 500 companies, served as Senior Editor to a leading tech blog, and conducted contractual work as a graphic designer, UI/UX specialist, and marketing consultant. He graduated with a BBA degree from The University of Texas at Austin concentrating in Finance and Marketing.
In his spare time, Wes enjoys reading, exploring the great outdoors, and trying new and exotic foods. He is active in serving the community and is a mentor and advisor to the next wave of aspiring entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining the MicroVentures team, Lisa worked at Dell Financial Services (DFS) as a Customer Service Supervisor. While at DFS, Lisa managed a customer service team, oversaw operations, and focused on problem resolution. Lisa holds a BA in Mass Communications from Texas State University.
As a Compliance Analyst, Lisa is responsible for daily operations at MicroVentures.
Lisa enjoys photography, travel, and spending time outdoors with her husband of 11 years and their three children.
