Founded in 2009, MicroVentures Marketplace has built a platform that gives start-ups and existing small businesses like yours access to early-stage capital investment or micro investments.
MicroVenture Marketplace is the financial industry's first organization which merges peer-to-peer lending with the venture capital industry. The Austin, Texas-based firm also provides an exclusive opportunity for investors: to offer funding resources to entrepreneurs and early-stage organizations that need capital to accelerate company development.

As Chief Executive Officer of MicroVentures, Tim Sullivan is accountable for the strategic direction and functional execution of business objectives. Formerly, as President of Sharespost Financial Corporation, Tim built the team and trading infrastructure which was responsible for Sharepost's preeminent position in today's secondary market. Over the past two years Tim has transacted with over 30 private issuers, representing over $1B in transactions, resulting in over $30mm in revenue to Sharespost.
Previously, Tim has held leadership roles at Susquehanna Financial Group, Oracle, and IBM. Throughout Tim's career, he has managed more than $3B worth of private equity transactions and enjoys a consistent track record of surpassing expectations.
Tim has a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from Colgate University and while at Colgate, he founded, coached, and played on their water polo team. He currently sits on the board of the Montessori Children's House and he holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, 79, and 99 licenses.

With more than a decade of top level management experience in the credit risk management and financial services industry, Mr. Clark brings to the company key strategic focus and critical evaluation skills essential to the both the investor and startup business components of Microventures.
As Risk Manager at a online payment processing company, Mr. Clark's responsibilities included managing risk on the merchant side of the business. His comprehensive approach to the company stems from key experience previously helping managing a billion dollar portfolio of small business accounts as Credit Risk Manager in the Small Business Risk Management Division of a captive financial institution. He holds a BS in finance from Michigan State University as well as Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. In his spare time Bill likes to explore Austin, TX with his wife Jessica and 2 young daughters and whenever possible enjoys playing a pickup game of basketball with friends.

Jaclyn is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with broad experience in high-growth, diverse industries, including financial services, consumer brands and high technology. She joins MicroVentures Marketplace, Inc. from SharesPost, where she facilitated private stock transfers at one of the top 2 market leaders in the secondary market. During her time at SharesPost, Jaclyn was part of a small team of brokers that did over a billion in private share transactions. Prior to SharesPost, Jaclyn worked at the investment bank Merriman Capital, where she was a driving force in bringing in new client business, sales force management and new product development. Earlier in her career, Jaclyn served as the Western District Sales Manager for Bear Naked Granola Company, where she enjoyed considerable success in cultivating the competitive San Francisco market, overseeing a major product launch and introducing new product lines. Jaclyn holds a BA from Dartmouth College as well as Series 7 and 63 licenses. In her free time she is the President of the Dartmouth Class of 2004 and an avid marathon runner.

Garrett is an experienced financial strategist with a strong track record in providing high quality financial advisory services to clients. Garrett joins MicroVentures from SharesPost, where as Vice President he oversaw over 250 private stock transactions totaling ~$100MM in value. Prior to SharesPost Garrett worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was a top-ranked financial advisor associate whose success was attributed to his reputation and extensive network within late-stage growth companies in Silicon Valley. Earlier in this career, he worked as a process engineer for TaylorMade-adidas Golf, a researcher at Stanford University and as an analyst with Toyon Research Corporation.
Garrett earned a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Santa Barbara. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Brandon Marker grew up within an entrepreneurial family. He witnessed and took part in multiple companies in different phases, which has shaped his desire to be a part of startups. At Texas State University he was the President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurial Organization, hand-selected to research for the McCoy College of Business’ endowment portfolio and graduated with a degree in Finance while taking extra courses on entrepreneurship. Brandon holds the Series 7 and 63.
