Welcome to our site by Bill Clark | Saturday, September 4, 2010

Welcome to our site. Today we launched the full site which gives investors the ability to invest in great businesses that need funding and at the same time, gives businesses the opportunity showcase their great ideas to a group of people they never would have had access to. We are proud to be the only business on the web that offers this full service solution for businesses and investors. You can read about some of the media coverage from magazines like Entrepreneur and others on our media page.

We have just completed our application to become a broker-dealer which means that we can facilitate the entire investment from start to finish. At any time you can go to brokercheck, search for Microventure Marketplace Inc. under the brokerage firm category and see our standing with the agency.

If you are interested in the investment opportunities that we will be presenting now and in the future you can fill out the questionnaire and get that process started. It normally takes a few days to review the results before allowing you access to the site.

If you are a Business that needs capital we are ready to read your business proposal. Please go to the Business funding section and fill out your business information and send us your business plan or pitch.

As an entrepreneur, I am excited to help new businesses get exposure to investors and funding that may otherwise not be available to them in traditional VC markets. As an investor, I am just as excited for the opportunity to provide other investors a unique way to access high potential start-ups. We will be posting informative blogs about investing and tips for small businesses, so return frequently.

If you have any questions about the site you can contact me personally at bill.clark [at] microventures [dot] com.
